United Supermarkets Raise Over $5,000 for Breast Cancer Research

United Supermarkets announced today that nearly $5,500 was raised earlier this year for breast cancer research during United's "Who Do You Pink For?" promotion.  The money raised will be split between the CURE Cancer Foundation of Lubbock and the Komen Greater Amarillo Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

During the month of October, United raised money through the sale of specially marked products and special pink reusable bags.
