Tom Collins co-hosts Lubbock's First News, Monday through Friday 6:00-8:30 am on KFYO. He has been on and around the “air-waves” since 1980, KSEL AM-FM, KEND, KTLK, KKIK FM, KZII and 16 years at KFYO.
Tom is an independent business operator involved in marketing and advertising. He is a Texas Tech Graduate with a B.A. in telecommunications and business minor. Tom is married with two kids, two dogs “Jimmy Don” and “Memphis” and a worthless cat named “Spin
Laura Mac
Laura Mac co-hosts Lubbock's First News with Tom Collins on News/Talk 790, KFYO. Laura is a graduate of Texas Tech with a B.A. in Telecommunications. Her broadcast experience includes co-hosting several radio morning shows on KSEL, KZII, and KONE.
She is also a television spokesperson, and is a telephony voice talent for companies such as Home Shopping Network, Samsung, Sears, Alltel, AT&T, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Official Payments Corporation, and numerous phone systems installed on a global scale
Rob Snyder
Rob Snyder is currently the News & Operations Director for News/Talk 790, KFYO and SportsRadio 1340 The Fan in Lubbock; & Brand Manager for Pratt on Texas affiliate News/Talk 1470, KYYW in Abilene.
He also previously served as the Network Producer for Texas Tech Football & Red Raider Basketball from 2001-2004.
Rob is a native Texan, graduate of Klein High School in north suburban Houston and attended Texas Tech University before joining KFYO & SportsRadio 1340 The Fan in January 2001.

Chad Hasty
Chad Hasty loves to entertain, talk politics and religion, and stir people up. That's why he loves radio. Chad is the host of The Chad Hasty Show which airs weekday mornings 8:30-11am on KFYO. Previously, Chad hosted Lubbock's First News January 2008- September 2012 and has hosted The Chad Hasty Show since 2005. Chad has used different forms of social media to connect with the listeners. Chad often refers to continuing his show after the show online on the different social media outlets and he thinks of himself as an aficionado of social media.
