The Levelland college will offer a number of courses, including some on welding, phlebotomy, sports photography, oil painting, basic pistol and rifle courses, and more.
Topics covered will include rules for safe gun handling; pistol parts and operation; ammunition; shooting fundamentals; range rules; cleaning the pistol; shooting positions, and more.
The event will feature music played by a DJ, games, including Zipline, which is a drop from a platform onto the ground, a water slide, and inflatables.
South Plains College will hold Fall registration on its Levelland campus from 1:30pm to 5:30pm on Wednesday, August 22nd in the Technology Center. Fall classes at SPC being on Monday, August 27th.
