Will Texas Ban Texting While Driving? [POLL]
State Rep. Tom Craddick filed a bill yesterday that would ban texting while driving. The bill has support on both sides of the aisle, but this isn't a first. In the last session, a ban on texting while driving was popular among lawmakers but was vetoed by Governor Rick Perry. At the time Perry said that he didn't want to micromanage the behavior of adults.
In this go around, no one knows what the Governor would do but the bill does have a lot of support again from lawmakers. What do you think will happen? Let us know in today's KFYO Poll of the Day.
