What Should the Lubbock City Council Do About Texting While Driving? [POLL]

Members of the Lubbock City Council seem to really want to take on texting and driving. Councilman Todd Klein now says he doesn't want a new ordinance, but instead wants to enforce reckless driving laws and launch an awareness campaign. Other members of the council seem to want to come up with a new ordinance aimed at texting or possibly a complete ban on cell phones when driving. What do you think the council should do?
