Texas Tech Cancels Tuesday Evening Classes Due to Severe Weather

According to an emergency alert from Texas Tech University, all classes on the evening of May 7th, 2019 have been canceled due to severe weather in the Lubbock area.

The campus community is encouraged to remain weather aware by listening to News/Talk 95.1 and 790, KFYO, Awesome 98, 94.5 FMX, 102.5 KISS FM, Lonestar 99.5, and Talk 1340, as Ron Roberts will continue to have the latest on severe weather updates.

If severe weather does break out, be prepared to move inside a sturdy building on the lowest level away from windows.
