Texas Tech University Cancels Classes for the Remainder of Wednesday

Wednesday morning just before 11am, Texas Tech University announced the closure of the Texas Tech campus due to deteriorating winter weather conditions and the cancellation of classes for the rest of the day. The campus closure also applies to Texas Tech University employees, and TTU System employees, allowing them to go home.

As of 11am on Wednesday, Texas Tech is slated to reopen the campus for classes on Thursday, February 6. Additional bulletins, if needed, will be posted later today on the Texas Tech Emergency Information Webpage: http://www.depts.ttu.edu/communications/emergency/
