Texas Tech Professor Garvin O'Neil along with hospitality TA's, Allison Jones, Cameron Potratz, and Chloe Gibbons of Tech's Skyviews Restaurant joined The Chad Hasty Show on Tuesday to discuss a new dinner series for the fall semester.

The new dinner series is called "Pop-Up Restaurants" launched last week and continues through the end of November. Each evening will offer a 5-course dinner with a choice of entree.

The cost is $35 per person and reservations will be taken each night. The next Pop-Up Restaurant is called Butcher & Board and will feature a chophouse menu. Reservations for Butcher & Board will be taken for the nights of October 2nd and 3rd.
