"It's not going to be good for the American people. The President will not be impeached. There's no impeachable offense there. It's just more sidetracking and stalling of this president's agenda which we all believe is the agenda to get our country back," Arrington said.

"We're going to get a farm bill through. That's the most important thing, and it's going to be great for farmers and ranchers. It's going to be great for rural America. It's unfortunately not going to be very strong, I think, on the work requirements and welfare reform. But the reality is, if we don't get it done, we give it back to the democrats to restart it in the house. That would be a disaster," Jodey said.

District 19 Representative Jodey Arrington on The Chad Hasty Show discussing the upcoming mid-term elections, national security and illegal immigration, use fo the military on the southern border, the farm bill, and much more.

"I feel so badly about all that she and Brett have had to endure in this process, although, I am so proud of them for staying with it and not being intimidated by all this bologna and swampiness, because they have nothing to be ashamed of. He has been a great judge, he has had an impeccable record as an appellate judge, he's got unimpeachable character, and (his wife is) a West Texan, so you know she's good too," Arrington explained.

"The president is once again fulfilling his campaign promises to improve the trade deals that he felt like were negotiated in weakness and not strength. I would agree that he's made improvements...Even with agriculture we've seen improvements," Arrington said.

"I don't think that I will be happy with the farm bill that doesn't have welfare to work reforms when we have 7 million surplus jobs, and we have 10 million people that for over a year, who are able bodied adults, have been receiving food stamps for government assistance," Arrington said.

"If we don't find a compromise solution with the DACA community then we will miss this opportunity to get the 60 votes, the democrats that we need, to get the president what he needs to secure the border and stop this madness once and for all."

"That program is extremely bureaucratic. That is a very straight forward, common sense, bipartisan by the way, solution and it's going to save tax payer money and it's going to improve the service that our veterans get," Arrington explained.

"I don't want the farm bill to be held hostage to anything that is unrelated and I don't want it to be used as leverage," Arrington said.

"We knew that in order to get this country back, we were going to have a fight on our hands," Jodey said, going on to say that while Trump's style may be different, he is a fighter.
