Monday on KFYO Mornings with Dave King and Matt Martin, Congressman Jodey Arrington joined Matt Martin and Matt Crow to talk about the House and Senate, the Farm Bill, border security, the G.I. Bill, and more.

The congressman was asked if there was anything that the house can push and get through the Senate before the democrats take over, to which he responded that they unfortunately have to negotiate with democrats on anything significant. He went on to say,

"We're going to get a farm bill through. That's the most important thing, and it's going to be great for farmers and ranchers. It's going to be great for rural America. It's unfortunately not going to be very strong, I think, on the work requirements and welfare reform. But the reality is, if we don't get it done, we give it back to the democrats to restart it in the house. That would be a disaster."

The Congressman also spoke on his support for Trump on getting funding for the wall and other measures to secure the border, on improving the economy, and the existing problems with the G.I. bill and what needs to happen with that.
