Monday on KFYO Mornings with Dave King and Matt Martin Congressman Jodey Arrington joined Dave and Matt to talk about the bill that was just passed that helps disabled veterans, as well as the upcoming farm bill, and more.

Arrington started by talking about how President Trump has just signed their bill into law. The bill works to serve disabled veterans and make sure that those who go and fight for our freedom have what they need when they come home.

"That program is extremely bureaucratic. That is a very straight forward, common sense, bipartisan by the way, solution and it's going to save tax payer money and it's going to improve the service that our veterans get."

The Congressman also spoke on the farm bill that was recently blocked so that the Freedom Caucus could get more leverage on immigration reform. "We've got the farm bill tee'd up in its current form to be voted on June 22nd and I'm confident we've got the votes, all republican, to get it to the Senate," Jodey explained.

Arrington also talked about the low unemployment rate, the tax rates, and welfare and how it has been affected by what President Trump has done since his inauguration.
