Should Texas Ban Texting While Driving? [POLL]
It was a big debate in 2011 when Governor Perry vetoed a bill that would have made it illegal to text while driving. Yesterday, members of the Texas House voted to try again. House Bill 63 authored by Rep. Tom Craddick passed by a 98-47 margin. Both Reps. Frullo and Perry voted for the legislation. Next the Senate will take a look at the legislation and it could again end up on Perry's desk. Will Perry veto it again? No one knows for sure.
