Last week Lubbock City Manager LeeAnn Dumbauld gave a presentation over closing the Lubbock Health Department. After she concluded her presentation, one of the volunteer Health Board members attempted to ask Dumbauld a question about the presentation. The problem? Lubbock's City Manager decided that she was not going to take any questions and reportedly said, "I'm done" and then left during the first break.

Does the City Manager owe it to the citizens of Lubbock to answer questions? Was she rude at the presentation? Many believe that the answer to both of those questions is yes. What do you think? Does she owe us an apology for taking questions?
