Own A Piece of Joyland in Lubbock, Over A Thousand Items Set To Be Auctioned
After more than 50 years in business, Joyland Amusement Park is no more. But there is still a way to enjoy Joyland and end up owning some really cool and even practical items.
Starting May 28th at 10:00am more than one thousand items form Joyland Amusement
Park will be auctioned off online. Day 2 of the auction will be on Wednesday, May 29th at 10:00am. And you can actually start putting in bids today. And if you wanted to see the items in person, Joyland will be opening the gates, one last time to view auction items on May 23 and 24 from 1:00 to 6:00 pm.
Many of the items are practical office and storage items. There are also cleaning supplies, and plastic cups. But there are also Joyland banners, shirts, hats, tickets, outdoor picnic tables, push carts for kids, and even some amusement park memorabilia that would be hard to find. The auction website also says that tools, food service items and golf carts will be made available to bid on.
