The Lions Club Pancake Festival is February 22nd. Jason Gloe of the Lubbock Lions Club will join Tom and Laura on Lubbock's First News on Monday at 7:20 a.m.Each year the Lubbock Lions Club hosts the Largest Pancake Festival in the world... to support local charities. Since 2009 the Lubbock Lions hold the world record for the most pancakes served in an eight hour period by a non profit organization.
