Lubbock’s Mugshot Monday: 44 People Arrested The Week of Snow, One Person With 12 Charges
We have officially made it past the snow storm that terrorized the South Plains and all we have left is the freezing temperatures that just sends shiver's down a prairie dogs spine. In fact we wanted to know exactly what a prairie dog does during a snow day when the rest of Lubbock is figuring out how to drive.
Not all of Lubbock is figuring out how to drive in the snow as some people seem to be just lurking and waiting for the opportunity to let their crazy spirit out with the snow. The snow does seem to bring out the crowd of crazy people that dare to go out and try sledding, icing, tubing, boxing, and whatever winter games they can think of. Speaking of crazy there seem to be some crazy weird creatures venturing out while the prairie dogs party it up on the roads sledding. One creature seems to have been captured on camera while no one else was around and stealing some food.
Speaking of food, a new food place has opened up in South Lubbock just weeks before Valentines day. Why does this matter? Well you can always take out that internet partner for an in person date but make sure you have at least video chatted before meeting up or giving them any information. There is currently a scam that seems to be targeting lonely Texans and engaging them in a relationship, if you are the scammer then you could end up with these 44 people in the Lubbock County Detention Center.
These 44 mugshots are of people who were arrested during the week of January 23 through January 29, 2023 and held in the Lubbock County Detention Center. Everyone featured is innocent until proven guilty and have only been charged with at least one felony, be it State Jail Felony, Third Degree Felony, Second Degree Felony, First Degree Felony, a Capital Felony or were arrested and held on a Fugitive Warrant or Detainer, a United States Marshall Remand, or Immigration Customs Enforcement Detainer.
