Frank Gutierrez To Run For District 1 City Council And Speaks On Lubbock’s First News Wednesday
Frank Gutierrez is expected to oppose incumbent Victor Hernandez in the race for Lubbock City Council District 1. Gutierrez will make his official announcement at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, January 29th at Lubbock City Hall. Gutierrez will be available for your questions during his interview on Lubbock’s First News with Collins and Mac on 790, KFYO at 7:20 a.m.
