Do You Support A Recall Effort Against Councilman Victor Hernandez? [POLL]

An effort looks to be underway to recall Councilman Victor Hernandez. The petition is being led by Ysidro Gutierrez but according to reports Gutierrez hasn't started the 30-day petition window yet. For the recall petition to be successful, 488 registered voters in District 1 must sign the petition. Out of those who sign, ten percent must have voted for Hernandez.
