Due to the 40+ mph winds in Lubbock, Todd Klein has announced he is postponing his yard sign distribution event for a later date.

The two major candidates running for Lubbock Mayor are trying to show a large base of support in the city through yard signs.
Wednesday evening (March 23), Todd Klein is encouraging supporters to come to the parking lot just south of Hastings at 50th Street and Indiana Avenue to pick up a yard sign. Klein will be out there from 5:15 to 5:45pm.
Meanwhile, Dan Pope is going the digital route in distributing yard signs. If you go online to DanPopeForMayor.com and click on the ‘Request Yard Sign’ link; you will be sent to an online form to fill out.
Todd Klein, Dan Pope, Ysidro Gutierrez and Victor Hernandez are running for Lubbock Mayor in the May 7 city election. The current Lubbock mayor, Glen Robertson, is not running for re-election. He is currently running in the Republican Primary Runoff for the 19th Congressional District against Jodey Arrington.
