Lubbock City Council Vote on Stricter Anti-Smoking, Anti-Tobacco Ordinance Expected to Fail

Tonight, the Lubbock City Council is expected to discuss and vote upon a proposed ordinance that, if passed, would enact stricter anti-smoking and anti-tobacco laws in Lubbock.

Highlights of the proposed ordinance include the banning of all indoor smoking at bars and restaurants and outdoor smoking within 20 feet of a door, window or ventilation system
