Jim Gerlt, Lubbock City Council District 4 Representative sat in with Tom and Laura Friday morning to talk about improvement around the city of Lubbock.
Gerlt said that people don't realize how much development is taking place downtown. One development that is being discussed is the need for a new Lubbock Police Station.
