Shooting in North Lubbock Results in Wounding of Victims & Suspect
Two victims and a suspect have been hospitalized following a shooting in north Lubbock on Friday afternoon.
Lubbock Police were called out to Duke Street and North Indiana Avenue at around 4:30 p.m. Friday, after they received reports of a man walking around with a gun.
Police arrived to find a man with a gun. It is currently unknown if the suspect fired at police, but his reaction reportedly prompted police to fire, wounding him.
Police found two female victims that had suffered gunshot wounds.
Both victims and the suspect were reportedly taken to University Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
