Lubbock’s Public Libraries Host Events In May 2014

Two of Lubbock’s public libraries will host events beginning next month.

The Reel Books book discussion group will meet at the Groves Branch Library located at  5520 19th Street, Thursday, May 1st at 7:00p.m.

The discussion group will discuss the best selling novel, The Fault In Our Stars by John Green.

The Groves Library will also have the Learn to Knit event on Tuesday, May 6th beginning at 6:30p.m.

Chess players of all ages are welcome to the The Lubbock Chess Club meeting at the Mahon Library location at 1306 9th Street, May 2nd from 2:00p.m. to 4:45p.m.
