Kindle Users Can Now Tap Into Lubbock Library Online Resources

Lubbockites who utilize eBook technology will now be able to download eBooks over the internet from the Lubbock Public Library. A spokeswoman with the Lubbock Library system says users can use the new OverDrive service to check out the items for Kindle devices and apps. Requests for the service have been prevalent since the library system began offering eBooks. You can borrow hundreds of different titles by visiting www.lubbocklibrary.com and clicking on the OverDrive link.
Lubbock Library eBooks are compatible with many devices including iPads, Barnes and Noble Nook, Sony eReader, Kobo eReader, Pandigital Novel, and now the Amazon Kindle, however to use the internet service you must use Kindle technology.
