Lubbock Police Attempt to Locate Suspect in Hit-and-Run Fatality

Lubbock Police are attempting to locate a suspect and vehicle that struck and killed a man on Saturday, November 1, at approximately 7:30 a.m.

The victim, Ricardo Barboza, was struck by a vehicle traveling south at the 3800 block of Avenue L. Barboza was transported to University Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries.

Police are now seeking a white, four-door sedan of a newer make with a sun roof and possible front end damage.
