TMZ reports former All-Pro linebacker Junior Seau has died.

Seau’s body was reportedly found Wednesdsay morning at his Oceanside, CA home by his housekeeper.

The 43-year-old Seau allegedly died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. While suicide is considered a possibility, it’s not been confirmed.

According to TMZ, the 12-time Pro Bowler sent text messages to his ex-wife and three children on Tuesday, saying, “Love you.”

Following a collegiate career at USC, Seau was a first-round draft pick of the San Diego Chargers in 1990. He played with them until 2002 before finishing moving on to the Miami Dolphins. He retired briefly in 2006 before returning to the field with the New England Patriots, where he would remain until he called it quits in 2009.

Seau played in two Super Bowls, one with Chargers and one with the Patriots, losing both games.
