A two-day trial has resulted in the conviction of a child sex trafficker. U.S. District Judge Sam R. Cummings convicted Chanze Lamount Pringler with sex trafficking of a child under the age of 18.

He was arrested March 30th by Lubbock Police for related charges. Evidence presented at Pringler's trial showed that he knowingly recurited, enticed, harbored, transported, provided, obtained and maintained a minor female with knowledge that she was under the age of 18. Witnesses also testified that Pringler would use the proceedes of the child prostitution to provide them with food, shelter, transportation and marijuana.

His sentencing date has not been set yet, the 25 year old could face life in prison and $250,000 fine.
