What Does Lubbock Need?

Lubbock is a great place to live and it just keeps getting better and better. For a while now many people, myself included, have wanted a new movie theater that would serve food and adult beverages. Well, we are getting one and I am pretty pumped about it.

In this post I'd like to know what you think Lubbock needs. In the past on the show people have mentioned things like a Blues Bar, train service to Dallas/Ft.Worth, upscale restaurants, etc. We can take Jack in the Box off the list now since we have them now. I've also heard people talk about a Zoo and Farmer's Market.
