Thursday on Sunrise LBK with Dave King and Tom Collins, The Car Pro Jerry Reynolds joined Dave and Tom to talk about his test drive of the week, as well as other auto industry news.

This week The Car Pro was test driving the 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer, which Jerry says is something special. This truck is fast, quite large, and is meant to compete with the likes of the Cadillac Escalade, Ford Expedition, and the Lincoln Navigator. It has a 6.4 liter hemi engine that puts out 470 horses and gets 13 miles to the gallon, although he thinks that is a bit of a stretch. It also has a very nice interior, has a massive 3rd row seat, and huge cargo area. The truck is also equipped with 7 different screens, with 75 inches and 12 million pixels totaled between them. Reynolds also explained that, if you're parked, you can press a button for various music and visual options on the screens, such as a lit fireplace. The 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer has a window sticker price of $109,000.

The Car Pro also talked about several stories on his website carprousa.com. One story talked about Vehicle and Animal Collisions, where the numbers have actually gone up by 7% in 2020, despite there being less drivers on the road. Another story gives info on the New All Electric Silverado that is coming out. Yet another story talks about the Best Selling Pickups in September. And finally, National Teen Driver Safety Week starts on Sunday, and Jerry has a story where he has his teen driver safety contract that he as included for several years.
