Should Texas Ban Junk Food From Food Stamp Benefits? [POLL]

It's been a debate for years now. Should those who use SNAP benefits, or the federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, be able to get junk food items? At least one state lawmaker is saying no. Rep. Richard Raymond has proposed a bill that would ban soda, chips, candy, cookies, etc. from being purchased with the Lone Star Card.
