Lubbock Symphony Orchestra to Host Holiday Pop Concert [Audio]

Thursday on Lubbock's First News, Mary Saathoff gave details about the Lubbock Symphony Orchestra's holiday concert.

The Holiday Pops Concert will take place Friday, December 5 at 7:30 p.m. at the Broadway Church of Christ. The musical selection will include classic and more contemporary holiday songs. Saathoff said, "It's a lot of fun and it's a great time to bring your family. It's one of the favorite concerts of the year."

Tickets to the concert are $30 for adults and $15 for students. For more information visit the LSO website. Tickets can be purchased online, by calling 806-762-1688, or at the door.

LSO will also be hosting the holiday chamber concert on December 17, featuring the brass band. The performance will be at St. John's Church at 7:30.
