Lubbock Sets Third Consecutive Single-Day Record for New COVID-19 Cases
For the third consecutive day, on Thursday afternoon, the City of Lubbock Health Department confirmed a new single-day record for new COVID-19 cases in Lubbock County.
On June 18th, 105 new cases were confirmed, along with 10 recoveries. In total, there are now 1,136 cases of coronavirus in Lubbock County: 493 are active, 592 people have recovered and there have been 51 deaths.
Over the past 14 days, the number of new COVID-19 cases in Lubbock County, for each day, have been: 105, 77, 61, 37, 10, 34, 23, 15, 16, 3, 9, 6, 7, & 14.
