Lubbock Mayor Glen Robertson Released From Hospital

Lubbock’s mayor is now out of the hospital.

Mayor Glen Robertson was checked into a Lubbock hospital on Saturday.

City of Lubbock Public Information Officer Jeff McKito says that Robertson suffered a gall bladder attack, and was released at around noon on Monday.

Robertson says that he will resume his normal schedule on Tuesday, including his Coffee with the Mayor, which will take place at the United Market Street at 19^th Street and Quaker Avenue from 7:30 a.m. until 8:30 a.m.

Citizens are encouraged to bring any questions or comments to the Coffee with the Mayor event.
