You can take advantage of a new fitness program organized by the Lubbock Parks and Recreation Department this year. The Park-Fit program is a 12-month workout regimen that takes advantage of walking and jogging trails at Lubbock parks. Each month, a new Lubbock park will be featured, as well as a new exercise.

The program is designed for everyone, regardless of their workout experience. Challenges of the month will keep participants motivated, and help familiarize them with each month's park.
