One issue in the debate about Obama-care is whether the federal government has the authority to force us to by a product such as health insurance.  On Lubbock’s First News on KFYO, Rep. Randy Neugebauer was asked if a constitutional amendment is needed to make clear that the constitution does not give the government that power.
