The GOP will not repeal Obamacare this year even after promising for seven years to do just that. Instead, GOP lawmakers will look to tax reform and then maybe pick up health care again next year. Of course next year is also the midterm elections. Some experts say Republicans may see big losses in 2018 since Obamacare isn't repealed and voters may take their frustration out on lawmakers.
