Texas Tech Student Competes in National Mariachi Event
Rachel Salaiz, a student at Texas Tech is a finalist in the nation's most renown mariachi vocal competition. Salaiz will compete in the 19th annual Mariachi Vargas Extravaganza on Saturday December 7, at the Lila Cockrell Theatre in San Antonio.
