Lubbock GOP Starts Convention

Precinct delegates and  elected officials have started the 2014 Lubbock County Republican Party Convention. The convention is being held at Lubbock's Memorial Civic Center.

Following an invocation by Pastor Jim Robinson, Party Chairman Carl Tepper welcomed delegates and provided an overview of the convention schedule.
