Dawdy and Lewis provided information on the September 27, 2014 event educating and training on constitutional issues and private property rights. The event will feature Pamela Elliott (who will be joining via Skype) and Eddie Craig, both of who will be speaking and educating about property and constitutional rights.

"Our goal is to secure our property rights and our water, because it is our property as affirmed by the Texas Supreme Court numerous times", said Stukey. He continued, "We feel like the local water district here, High Plains No. 1 is way overstepping their authority, and the state through TCEQ (Texas Commission on Environmental Quality) and the Texas Water Development Board is attempting to overstep their authority in imposing rules for High Plains to follow that we don't think are justified."

Thursday on The Chad Hasty Show, Leland Stukey & J.O. Dawdy from the Protect Water Rights Coalition (P.W.R.C.) joined Chad on KFYO to talk about their organization and it's efforts to protect landowner property rights.
