Reese Golf, Mayor Tom Martin, and More in Chad’s Steaming Pile

Here are just a few things in Chad’s Pile that you will hear on Lubbock’s First News this morning. Give Chad your feedback on the steaming topics.

1. Broadcasting from Reese Golf Center

Heck yes, we are back on the road broadcasting from Reese Golf Center, just north of 19th and Research. Come out and join us for breakfast, golf, politics, the girls, and sound off on the 3rd mic. Live show starts at 6:35am and they fire up the grill at 7:00am. Be sure to tour some of the homesites at The Reserve while you’re out there.

2. Mayor Tom Martin on LFN

Mayor Tom Martin will join us out at Reese Golf. We will talk about the latest going on in the city. Some people aren’t too happy with the Lake Alan Henry project so I’m sure that and LP&L will both be brought up on the show. Mayor Martin will join LFN at 7am.

3. A Lubbock Post Office is closing

Lubbock residents in zip codes 79414 and 79407 have been getting notifications about a post office closing. Good news I say. Lubbock has too many of them and the USPS can afford to close some places down. We will talk about it on Friday and take your feedback.

These and many more topics coming up on Friday’s edition of Lubbock’s First News with Chad Hasty. Tune in mornings 6-9am on News/Talk 790 KFYO, streaming online at kfyo.com, and now on your iPhone and Android device with the radioPup App.
