On Tuesday's edition of Lubbock's First News, Emily Wilkerson for the National Ranching Heritage Center talked with Tom Collins and Laura Mac about the center's upcoming summer camps.

Next week, the Ranching Heritage Center will be offering their annual summer camps for kids in kindergarten through 5th grade. Kids from kindergarten to 2nd grade can take classes in pioneer living, jobs of the Old West, and animals of the Plains. Kids from 3rd grade to 5th will be able to learn about horses, cowboy poetry and western movie making, where they can make their own mini-Western.

The classes will run from Monday, July 15th to Friday, July 19th. Classes will run from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, and registration is $25 per child per class.
