Lubbock Police have issued a warrant for the suspect allegedly involved in a shooting on Independence Day.

The suspect has been identified as 42-year-old Jesus Coronado (pictured). The incident occurred during the night of July 4, 2014 at the Applegate Shady Acres Mobile Home Estates located on the 7500 block of I-27.

Police arrived on the scene where a confrontation involving several individuals resulted the shooting of one man, Billy Earl Terrell Jr. Terrell was transported to University Medical Center where he remains in critical condition. Coronado is described as standing 5’5” tall and weighing 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
