Lubbock Police Accepting Registrations for the LPD Explorer Post

The Lubbock Police Department is now accepting registrations for youth outreach program. The LPD Explorer Post is open to boys and girls ages 14 to 21 that have an interest in law enforcement.
The LPD advisors will teach participants about various tasks that police officers conduct on a daily basis. Cost is $20 per year and activities include campouts, field trips and ride along patrols with LPD.
Parents can bring interested children to the Lubbock Police Department on Tuesday, September 18th at 7pm for the sign up.
