Jermain Dupree Gaither Arrested, Charged With Aggravated Robbery of 7-Eleven Store

A man charged with committing an aggravated robbery at a local convenience store last month has been arrested.

Jermain Dupree Gaither was arrested by Lubbock Police’s Warrants Division on Tuesday afternoon.

Gaither is charged with the aggravated robbery of the 7-Eleven at 19^th Street and Iola Avenue on November 12^th.

He is also charged with a count of speeding. Gaither is being held in the Lubbock County Jail.
