Hospice of Lubbock to Hold Volunteer Training

Hospice of Lubbock is in immediate need of volunteers to help care for patients, and has several volunteer training dates available for those wishing to help.
Sessions will be held March 30th from 6-10pm, Saturday March 31st from 9am to 5pm, and Sunday April 1st from 1 to 5pm. 16 hours total of training is required to volunteer as a patient volunteer. Volunteers will aid terminally ill patients and their families using the knowledge gained during these training sessions.
Classes will be held in the Hospice of Lubbock Conference room at 3702 21st street. If you would like to participate, contact Cheryl Presley at 795-2751.
