The Texas Senate passed legislation on Wednesday that, if passed if the House, will force High School's to teach teenagers how to interact with the police. Isn't this something that parents should be teaching their own kids? Also, if you are trying to make kids respect police officers, starting in high school is way too late. Is this another "feel good" law or is this really needed in Texas?
