An unidentified suspect shot at another car while driving in North Lubbock Tuesday afternoon. The two victims were unharmed but no arrests have been made as of Wednesday evening.

Lubbock police reported the two victims called 911 just before 12:45 p.m. Tuesday about the suspect following them in his car near the intersection of Indiana Ave. and Duke St. They told police there was an ongoing dispute between themselves and the suspect.

The suspect allegedly shot the victims’ car near the intersection of Clovis Hwy. and Ave. S with a shotgun damaging the rear of the car but not striking the two victims.

Police found the suspect vehicle abandoned in the 100 block of Ave. U a short time later.

No suspect has been identified as of Wednesday evening and the two victims remain unnamed.
