When Open Carry in Texas Becomes Legal, How Often Will You Carry Openly? [POLL]
Open Carry in Texas is heading to the Governor's desk to be signed. The law will go into effect on January 1, 2016 and will allow those who have a CHL to carry openly. Citizens will be allowed to openly carry on a belt or shoulder holster, but not allowed to carry openly on a college campus.
