What Does Lubbock Need? [POLL]

Every now and then I think about what Lubbock looked like when I arrived back in 2001 and how it's grown since. It's pretty neat to think about all the new restaurants and things to do just since I've been here. What else does Lubbock need though? What would you like to see come to Lubbock?
