According to a recent Facebook post from LPD, the department is offering up to $3,000 each for any information on the two men.

Markee Toliver's Criminal History

Toliver's history with underage sex crimes includes an incident in 2012 when he was just 19 years old. He was accused of forcing an underage girl into prostitution and forced labor.

Toliver was eventually caught following a sting operation where LPD investigators posed as a young girl seeking an escort. Once Toliver arrived at the meeting point (also joined by a 17-year-old girl), he was placed under arrest.

Lonnie O'Neal in Lubbock

Not much is known about O'Neal, just that he is 69 years old and stands at five feet five inches tall. His last known address was on 53rd Street in Lubbock.

If you have any information on either sex offender, LPD invites you to call the Crime Line at (806) 741-1000.

In addition to Toliver and O'Neal, you can access the public sex offender registry on the Lubbock County Sheriff's Office website.

It's important to know where registered offenders are currently living in your neighborhood, especially if you have young children. Everybody can change from their mistakes, and we all hope and pray that they do. But it still doesn't change what was done, so always knowing where offenders are is best for families and communities right here in Lubbock.
